Bethany Hill Place Welcomes New Board Members and Announces Board Leadership
Framingham, MA – October 2025 – Bethany Hill Place is proud to welcome three new members to its Board of Trustees: Dianne Baxter, Melinda Proctor, and Lisa Trainor.
Dianne Baxter, Head of Leadership and Professional Development at MathWorks, has led global learning initiatives for thousands of employees and brings decades of experience in leadership strategy, program design, and community service. Her experience and dedication to lifelong learning will help shape Bethany Hill Place’s efforts to open doors for residents through education and skills development.
Melinda Proctor, Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager III at Middlesex Savings Bank, offers a deep expertise in financial management and team development, as well as a strong record of local service. Melinda’s blend of financial expertise and hands-on service—whether in the bank or through the Hopkinton Lions Club – reflects the heart of Bethany Hill Place’s mission.
Lisa Trainor, Managing Principal, President, and Director at GTC Law Group PC, is a seasoned attorney with international experience in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property strategy, and non-profit advocacy through pro bono work. At Bethany Hill Place, Lisa’s commitment to strong governance and social justice will help ensure the organization continues to be a place of hope, safety, and opportunity.
In addition to welcoming new members, Bethany Hill Place is pleased to announce new Board Leadership: Bruce Rhodes has been appointed Board Chair, Shauna Downey will serve as Vice Chair, and Amanda Zuretti will serve as Clerk/Secretary.

Bethany Hill Place also recognizes the outstanding contributions of outgoing and continuing Trustees. Brandale Randolph served as a longtime member of the Finance Committee, embraced the role of Santa during holiday celebrations, and brought energy as a beloved Gala emcee. Karin Plumadore, who served as Board Secretary, was an integral part of the Development Committee, supporting gala planning, connecting us with new partners, and leading community outreach initiatives such as the Stop & Shop bag drive and New Year’s Eve initiative. Beth Dill, in addition to her service as Chair, has been a dedicated leader of the Finance Committee, played a central role in the organization’s most recent strategic plan and partnership with the Sisters of St. Joseph, and helped guide the Executive Director search process in 2022–2023. Beth will continue to serve as a member of the board.
Bethany Hill Place’s Board of Trustees includes 20 dedicated members who bring diverse expertise, community connections, and a shared passion for creating lasting change in the realm of low-income housing, educational opportunity, and comprehensive community supports.
Bethany Hill Place is a non-sectarian 501(c)(3) living-and-learning community in Framingham, MA that combines safe, affordable housing with life-changing educational opportunities.
