Introducing Our Newest Program Director
March 2024 – We are thrilled to announce the newest addition to our team, Cristina (Cristi) Flaherty, who will be joining us as a Program Director. With a wealth of experience and a strong educational background, Cristi brings a unique blend of skills and expertise that will greatly benefit our mission of providing affordable housing and educational programming to our residents.
Crist
i is completing her Master of Social Work from Boston College, where she has been refining her skills and knowledge in the field. Her commitment to social welfare is evident through her extensive work experience, including roles at Pediatric Behavioral Health/Community Pediatrics of Milford/Medway, the Department of Children and Families in Whitinsville, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
In her previous roles, Cristi has demonstrated exceptional organizational skills, a dedication to serving the community, and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others. In an effort to grow our foundational programming department, Cristi will collaborate with Eileen Jimenez, Program Director, to play a pivotal role in developing and implementing initiatives that empower our residents to set and achieve their goals.
